WHAT IS THE AAVABS CLUB?
AAVALABS Club is a Loyalty Program where you can collect points and exchange them for rewards. In addition, based on your points, you can reach different membership levels and unlock exclusive rewards!
You get points for:
- Creating an account: 50 points
- Birthday: 100 points
- Make a purchase: 1€ = 1 point
- Follow on Instagram: 50 points
You can use your points for:
- 5€ voucher: 300 points
- 10€ voucher: 500 points
- 15€ voucher: 800 points
- 10% off: 200 points
Membership levels:
- AAVA Bronze: is the starting membership level.
- AAVA Silver: You will reach this level once you have achieved 300 points. You will unlock an additional unique gift card of 10€ and you will get 100 extra points for your account.
- AAVA Gold: You will reach this level once you have achieved 900 points. You will have access to a unique 25% discount code and you will get a free product.
HOW TO BECOME A MEMBER?
To become a member, you only need to register as a customer on our website. To register, click here.
If you already have a customer account on our website, you are automatically a member of the AAVALABS Club.
HOW TO SEE MY POINTS?
Follow the following steps to see your points:
1. Log into your customer account by clicking here. If you don't have an account, you need to register by clicking here.
2. In the bottom left corner of the page, click on the "present" icon.
3. Here you can see the points that you accumulated and the "Ways to redeem" these points into the rewards that are available with your balance!
HOW CAN I USE MY POINTS?
Follow the following steps to use your points:
1. Log into your customer account by clicking here, and open the AAVALABS club by clicking on the "present" icon on the bottom left corner of the page.
2. Click on "Ways to redeem", choose the reward and click on "Redeem".
3. You can either copy the code by clicking the copy icon or click "Apply code" so that the code is already waiting for you in the checkout process.
4. Simply proceed with your regular shopping and once you have selected your desired products, proceed to the checkout in the shopping cart. During the checkout process, you will find a designated field labeled 'Gift card or discount code.' Enter your discount code into this field and click 'Apply' to redeem it. Continue with paying for your purchase as usual.
IMPORTANT: Discount codes and Gift Cards only apply to full-priced products and cannot be applied to subscriptions or other offers.
