HOW CAN I REFER A FRIEND?
If you refer a friend, your friend will get a €8 gift card on their first order, and you will also receive a 8€ gift card for every successful referral.
To refer a friend, you can create an account on our website, open AAVALABS Club, copy your personalized referral link and share it with your friends.
To create an AAVALABS club account, follow the steps below:
1. Log into your customer account by clicking here. If you don't have an account, you need to register by clicking here.
2. In the bottom left corner of the page, click on the "present" icon.
3. Scroll down to find the section "Refer your friends". There, you will find a section with your personalized referral link. Copy the link and send it to your friend. Once your friend has placed the first order through your link, you will automatically receive a €8 gift card in your AAVALABS Club account.
WHAT STEPS SHOULD THE REFERRED FRIEND FOLLOW TO RECEIVE THE 8€ GIFT CARD ON THEIR FIRST PURCHASE?
If someone has referred you, you have to follow the following steps:
1. Click "Get your discount code" in the email you received, which will redirect you to the AAVALABS website. Enter your email in the field, click on "Claim your gift" and you will receive the Gift Card per e-mail.
2. Open the e-mail, copy the Gift Card code and go to our store www.aavalabs.com.
3. Select the products of your choice and go to the checkout. In the checkout, you have to insert the GiftCard Code in the field "Gift card or discount code" and click on "Apply". Then, you can finalize your purchase.
IMPORTANT: Discount codes and Gift Cards only apply to full-priced products and cannot be applied to subscriptions or other offers.
HOW CAN I SEE IF MY REFERRAL WAS SUCCESSFUL?
You can see the successful referrals in your AAVALABS Club Account in the following section:
1. Click on "Your rewards" (you will also see under "Refer your friends" the amount of referrals completed).
2. Here you will find the 8€ Gift Cards for each successful referral that you have done. To use the Gift Card click here:
3. Copy the Gift Card, and you will be ready to use your Gift Card in the checkout process.
In addition, you will also receive an e-mail notification for each successful referral.
